I have been having 1-1 PT sessions with Chelsea for 3 years. She has really helped me build exercise into my busy weekly routine which has really enabled me to have a healthy body and mind!

Chelsea is a lovely PT, keeping workouts varied and interesting each week. I often struggle sticking to a routine but I’ve been going to Chelsea for over a year and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! And the doggy cuddles are an appreciated bonus 😂

I’ve been doing Chelsea’s Body Blast class since January. Chelsea is motivating and encouraging and provides a range of exercises to target the whole body.
A friendly group of ladies support each other in this fun class.
I come away feeling energised & ready to face the week.
Come along and give it a try….if I can do it, so can you!

Chelsea is very organised; your session plan is displayed on the screen as soon as you arrive, which makes everything run smoothly. She’s easy to work out with, and I genuinely enjoy the exercises she chooses for me.

From the start, Chelsea took the time to understand my goals and the areas I want to focus on, and she tailors each session to match that. On top of all that, she’s such a lovely and professional PT. I always feel comfortable and at ease in her gym.

Chelsea is the best! Never have I had a PT that felt more like a friend; no judgment or pressure but somehow talks you into one more set of burpees! She got me in shape and loving exercise again while preparing me for basic training. Thank you Chels ❤️

I’ve been a client with CW Fitness for 18m and have attended group classes, gym sessions and PT.
At every stage, Chelsea is welcoming and motivating, consistent and always laughing with you.
Who can say that about a standard gym membership?
We talk about my goals and Chelsea builds a whole body work out around me.
I can attend feel unmotivated and rubbish about myself and leave feeling (The Burn) fit, well, like I’ve achieved something before the day begins.
Chelsea has become not only my personal trainer but a motivational friend therapist.
Personal Training at it’s best with CW Fitness for all round physical health and mental wellbeing.
I can’t recommend CW Fitness enough and with fun, regular and consistent diary slots working out and keeping fit is something I now look forward to weekly.
