About Me

Iā€™m Chelsea, 29 years old and from Lancaster.  

I first started focusing on fitness in 2015 – becoming a regular member at a health and fitness club for 3 years, but my real passion started when I had the courage to dive into an amazing opportunity; working in a local gym.  

I completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications in 2019 with a company called FitAsylum. I then went on to teaching classes such as Bootcamp and Spin, helping people lose weight and tone up… but most importantly HAVE FUN in the process!  

I have always struggled to gain weight, but since improving my knowledge on nutrition and fitness methods, I have been able to gain weight and feel happier in my body. My health and fitness journey has not only helped me physically, but it has helped me mentally too.  

My self confidence has improved massively since entering the fitness industry and my goal is to help others feel the same way. I’m a self employed mum, have a beautiful daughter, a supportive partner… and a gorgeous pooch! I know how busy life can get so I’d love to work with you and provide a space for some ‘you time’.
